The victim was declared deceased on the scene by medical personnel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt was established during the investigation on the crime scene that the victim\u2019s vehicle is missing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The vehicle has since been recovered in Mitchell\u2019s plain last night. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe unknown suspects fled the scene and are yet to be arrested,\u201d says Twigg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muizenberg police have opened a case of murder for further investigation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile Eric Ntabazalila, provincial spokesperson for the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), sent condolences to the family and friends of the deceased. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe NPA would like to express its shock and deep sense of sadness following the loss of a former colleague and a dear friend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe would like to express our deepest condolences to her family, friends and colleagues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHer tragic death is a loss to the judiciary and the justice system as a whole.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Anyone with any information that could lead to the arrest and prosecution of perpetrators of this
