Our excellent staff are ensuring the safety and well-being of patients and visitors.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said the facility remains operational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRoof contractors are on site managing the situation and assessing the damage.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div contenteditable=\"false\" data-embed24=\"Custom\" data-pos=\"middle\" id=\"embed_98ed279b\">\n<div class=\"custom\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"476\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=476&amp;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FPeoplesPostNewsPaper%2Fvideos%2F1702716423910693%2F&amp;show_text=false&amp;width=267&amp;t=0\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden;\" width=\"267\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Edward Bosch, the spokesperson for the City\u2019s fire service, said they received a call at 18:38 on Thursday of storm damage at the hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOne fire engine attended to the scene. Five roof sheets were blown off. Twenty male patients were moved to another floor. The scene was handed over to the Booth Memorial staff and their roofing contractor.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness confirmed that no injuries were
