The planned upgrades will address these needs, with the goal of not only improving the park\u2019s aesthetic but also making it a functional and safe space for all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manuel, who is overseeing the project, explains: \u201cWe want to ensure that Rondebosch Park remains a safe and welcoming space for everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-accesible\">Accesible<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The upgrade project is set to roll out in several stages, each addressing key aspects of the park. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first phase began with the installation of new benches and bins to replace older, broken ones on Thursday 7 October. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aim is to make the park more accessible and enjoyable for visitors immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This transformation is expected to attract more residents, particularly those who may not have access to private fitness facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manuel is also working with the City officials to secure funds for upgrading the park\u2019s toilet facilities, a much-needed improvement that is expected to further enhance the user experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are actively working to ensure the funds for the toilet upgrades are secured as soon as possible,\u201d he says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the project progresses, the City encourages residents to take part in the
