Professional international kiters have again joined the Cape Mental Health\u2019s annual kite festival. <\/div>\n
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

On Wednesday 23 October, the event brought together local organisations, educares and preschools from Heideveld, as well as children with intellectual disability from Cape Mental Health\u2019s Special Education and Care Centres in Heideveld, Khayelitsha and Mitchells Plain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This annual event aims to uplift less fortunate communities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 30th annual International Kite festival Pop-up fly took place in Melkbosstrand on Sunday 27 October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
