A Kouga father (58), recently found guilty on more than 700 charges, is expected to return to the Gqeberha High Court tomorrow, April 24, for sentencing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The father was charged with possession, distribution, and production of child pornography, sexual grooming, exposing minors to child pornography, human trafficking, sexual exploitation of minors, and failing to report a sexual offense against a child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It was further revealed that the man exposed his teenage daughter (19) and stepson (21) to pornography from a very young age before later forcing the half-siblings to perform sexual acts on each other while he recorded it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In today’s court proceedings, it was revealed that the accused was in possession of five firearms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The state prosecutor, Ismat Certfontein, argued that the Kouga father should be considered a “King of darkness,” given the gravity of the crimes committed by the 58-year-old father.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She emphasised that the father was in the highest position of trust, and he had violated this trust by sexually exploiting his daughter who was the victim of sexual assault.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
