Police spokesperson Captain Andre Beetge said that at approximately 14:30, SAPS KwaDwesi attended to an accident where the two children were reportedly hit by a white Ford Ranger driven by a 55-year-old man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beetge stated that the children, a brother and sister, were pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“A culpable homicide case has been opened and is being investigated by SAPS KwaDwesi,” he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
