The patient had a history of mental health issues, and her family has been informed and received counseling from doctors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe regret the incident, which is regarded as an adverse event,\u201d Kupelo said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kupelo mentioned that representatives from the department intend to visit the medical institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you or someone you know is struggling with
