Investigations into the murder of Nelson Mandela Bay mother, Vicki Terblanche, have been completed, the Gqeberha Magistrate’s Court heard on Tuesday morning during the three accused’s brief appearance.
The state is now waiting on the director of Public Prosecution for further instructions.
The case has been postponed to August 22, 2022 on the interim.
Vicki’s estranged husband, Arnold Terblanche, her boyfriend, Reinhardt Leach and Dylan Cullis, are accused of her murder after her body was found in a shallow grave in Greenbushes in October last year.
Terblanche’s bid for bail has been denied twice, as well as his appeal against the first bail refusal.
All three will remain in custody until their next appearance.
