This is Francois du Plessis\u2019 first grading of 2021 to blue stripe this month. Pre-schools in Paarl and Stellenbosch participated at this event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The young karatekas were put through their paces by Du Plessis Shihan and his team. They were tested on basic karate techniques (kihon) as well as memory skills, agility, hand-eye coordination and balance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
