\nsiblings of Paarl have taken the bull by the horns and ventured into the very

Sisters
\nAnlezia and Mandie Venter, both matriculants of La Rochelle Girls\u2019 High School,
\nhave opened fresh and vibrant new businesses in Southern Paarl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anlezia,
\nwith her love for health and fitness, recently opened her second Body20 Studio,
\na highly revolutionary fitness centre on the corner of Main Road and Station
\nStreet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Body20\u2019s
\ntraining technology is a revolution in Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS).
\nDesigned in Germany and Hungary, they make use of the fastest growing fitness

\nUniversity\u2019s Neelsie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Beetroot,
\nwhich was then known as Roots, went from strength to strength among students,
\nas many decided to choose the vegan lifestyle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mandie says
\nvegan and vegetarianism are not just another trend, but a lifestyle not only
\nbenefiting the future of the planet, but it also has huge health benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At Beetroot
\neven a hardened meat eater will be attracted by tasty offerings, such as vegan
\nbobotie and burger, Middle Eastern falafel, sweet potato curry, lentil
\nBolognese, and much more. Delicious vegan breakfasts are also served as well as
\nthe most delicious smoothies in the valley. And for the sweet tooth, the vegan
\nmuffins, brownies and chocolate chip cookies are delicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mandie also
