Saturday 17 September is World Cleanup Day and the public of Paarl are invited to join Friends of the Berg River (FOBR) in collaboration with The Mbeko Eco Club for a river clean-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
World Cleanup Day unites millions of volunteers, governments and organisations to tackle the global waste problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Friends of the Berg River is a non- profit organisation aiming to keep the Berg River clean as well as eradicate invasive alien vegetation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Join FOBR at any of the four different points from 10:00-12:00 on Saturday 17 September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Paarl Arboretum foot bridge<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Paarl Canoe Club<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Berg River Brewery<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Paarl Waste Water Treatment Works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
