Die geregistreerde elektrisi\u00ebn sal deur die eienaar aangestel en vergoed moet word vir die betrokke werk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSo graag as wat Drakenstein-munisipaliteit wil help, is die wet en verordening baie duidelik met betrekking tot die verantwoordelikheid van elke party,\u201d het Pienaar ges\u00ea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die volgende voorbeeld kan gebruik word om die bostaande te ondersteun: Munisipale hulpbronne word gebruik om \u2019n private woning te herstel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verbeterings word met ander woorde aan die woning aangebring met die belastingbetaler se geld.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verder kan enige private geregistreerde installasie-elektrisi\u00ebn redeneer dat hy \u2019n potensi\u00eble kli\u00ebnt ontneem is en dat hy dan \u2019n inkomste sou verloor het.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verder is daar ook wetgewing en \u2019n verordening in plek wat na die verantwoordelikheid van die eienaar of verbruiker verwys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In di\u00e9
