En die arme mense wat 60% van die burgers in die stad van uitnemendheid uitmaak, kry R400 000 vir sopkombuise. Is dit wat die 60% van die burgers werd is \u2013 \u2019n koppie sop per dag? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R800 000 gaan vir die nagskuiling omdat die haweloses hulle nou aan die ander kant van die Bergrivier begin huisves, en nou is dit \u2019n probleem vir sekere mense. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCommunity Development\u201d \u2013 altesaam R1,2 miljoen. Weet julle \u2013 R1,2 miljoen is 0,03% van R4,1 miljard. En die ergste van alles is julle noem dit \u201cCommunity Development\u201d. Is julle dan gek \u2013 sopkombuise en nagskuilings?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ons jeug speel elke naweek krieket \u2013 maak nie saak of dit re\u00ebn of bloedig warm is nie \u2013 op verwaarloosde velde sonder enige fasiliteite; nie eens \u2019n waterkraan nie.
