still ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Daan van Leeuwen Boomkamp, chair of the Drakenstein Farm Watch (DFW), their fire department received a call at 09:08, where after they informed Drakenstein Municipality\u2019s (DM) fire brigade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Van Leeuwen Boomkamp said that the DFW is not currently on the scene as the municipal fire fighters have the situation under control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Sabelo Mahlathi, a community activist in Mbekweni six structures have burned down so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe owner of the shack where the fire started left for work this morning, so they might have left a stove or something on,\u201d Mahlathi said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment from the DM will be added once
