Onder die sprekers was Muhammad Sayed, ‘n lid van die ANC, wat oor leier\u00adskap en aanspreeklikheid gepraat het, asook Joe Lottering, die voorsitter van die skool se beheerliggaam, wat die rol van familie, skool en gemeenskap in die vorming van seuns beklemtoon het. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Olivia Losper, die eienaar van die LivFit-gimnasium in die Paarl en wat self ook ‘n leerder by Newton was, het op haar beurt op fisieke en geestelike gesondheid gefokus en die leerders ge\u00efnspireer om elke dag hul beste te gee.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die program het ook ‘n ouersessie ingesluit, waar gefokus is op die versterking van gesinsondersteuning en die aandurf van gemeenskapsuitdagings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Die geleentheid, het Surv\u00e9 in ‘n ondderhoud ges\u00ea, is deel van ‘n groter poging om seuns in kwesbare gemeenskappe te bemagtig en hulle op ‘n positiewe lewenspad te plaas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Volgens Surv\u00e9 het sy haar stigting twee jaar gelede gestig met die doel om vroue en kinders by te staan. Sy s\u00ea sy het in die program spesifiek op gr.6- en gr.7-seuns gefokus om hulle te bemagtig om die regte keuses te maak.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Buiten haar suksesvolle stigting, wat talle programme in die Drakenstein \u2013 en spesifiek Newton \u2013 asook in Kaapstad bestuur, is sy ook ‘n voltydse ma en ‘n doktorale kandidaat wat op diplomatieke protokol in drie lande in Afrika fokus.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
