en is dit &#8220;hartseer&#8221; vir hom om te sien, omdat dit potensi\u00eble ontwikkelinge in en om Klapmuts kan belemmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hy het ges\u00ea die mense wat op die grond bly, kom uit Kraaifontein en Mbekweni, en &#8216;n groot rede vir hul trek na di\u00e9 informele nedersetting buite Klapmuts is om plek te kry om te boer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Klapmuts-inwoners en motoriste sal gereeld &#8216;n aantal bokke en beeste gewaar wat langs die Ou Paarl-pad, oftewel die R101, met &#8216;n wagter by hulle wei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens Anthony behoort die vee aan van die onwettige besetters, wat gedurende die dag hul diere op die grasveld langs die polisiekantoor laat wei.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hy het bygevoeg die grond is immers nie gesoneer vir &#8216;n veeboerdery nie, maar slegs vir besigheid, en gaan moontlik as deel van &#8216;n toekomstige ontwikkeling naby Klapmutskop gebruik word, het die <em>Paarl Post<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/novanews.co.za\/paarlpost\/kommer-oor-kmuts-plakkers-20231108-2\/\">voorheen berig<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die grond het ook nie elektrisiteit of lopende water nie, het Grobbelaar bevestig.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anthony het telefonies aan <em>Paarl Post<\/em> ges\u00ea ten spyte van wetstoepassers en ander veiligheidsinstellings se gereelde verskyning om te verhoed dat nie nog strukture opgerig word nie, groei die nedersetting steeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die besette grond strek oor sowat 225 hektaar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8216;n Groeiende
