Cleto van Rooi (17) from Paarl Boys’ High School was invited to dance with the KZN Midlands Youth Ballet at the Hilton Theatre from 12 to 14 May. This commitment, of course, meant he could not play hockey at Grey. After Cleto performed the role in question in Cape Town, at Artscape, he was asked to do so as a professional dancer, and he enjoyed it.
