Photo: Supplied<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Partnering with a local Small and Medium Enterprise (SME), Microchip Security, to facilitate the initiative, the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (Psira), accredited training over a period of three months equipped the participants with foundational level (Grade EDC) training which covers topics such as risk identification, patrol procedures and access control. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celebrating the completion of the security training programme, Adriaana Slambert, Northern Cape Hub corporate affairs manager, during a certificate handover ceremony recently, encouraged the participants to seize this opportunity to change their lives. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/novanews.co.za\/noordkaapbulletin\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Training2_72692.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"width:522px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Security training participants being registered on Passport 360.
