At least ten boxers will represent the province in the youth and junior category in the national boxing competition in Limpopo next month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The team consists of members of the Galeshewe-based Freedom Boxing Club and the Warrenton-based Blossom Boxing Club, as well as the Bushy Academy and the Home Defenders Boxing Club from Kimberley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The boxers were selected for the team at the provincial trials held in Warrenton on Wednesday, 5 September. The trials were hosted by the Blossom Boxing Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Four boxers from the province were also selected to participate in the national elite trials that will be hosted at a venue still to be confirmed in KwaZulu-Natal from Friday (28\/09) to Sunday (30\/09).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They are: Motlalepula van Reiness (female category), Thuso Motshabi (both of Home Defenders), Gopolang Bahule (Motaung Boxing Club in the John Taolo Gaetsewe Region) and Ronald Chabaemang (Tsantsabane Boxing Club).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
