The fraud case against Matshidiso Cordelia Mogale (48), who at the time of the commissioning of the offences was the municipal manager of the Phokwane Local Municipality, has been deferred by the Harts\u00adwater Regional Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to Mojalefa Senokoatsane, spokes\u00adperson for the National Prosecuting Authority, the accused is facing eight fraud charges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
She is also charged for contravention of the Municipal Finance Manage\u00adment Act amounting to more than R2,7 million. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
