\u2019n Noord-Kaapse laaitie wat \u2019n rugbybal met \u2019n kaalvoetskop van sowat 55 m ver deur die pale gejaag het, het sosiale\u00admediagebruikers \u00e9n die bekende skopafrigter Vlok Cilliers aan die gons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die losskakel Tiaan Muller (13), eerstespanspeler van die Laerskool Kathu, se skoptalent wat tydens \u2019n rugbyoefening vasgevang is laat monde oophang en skole toustaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tiaan se afrigter, DP Spangenberg, het op Donderdag 9 Junie \u2019n video van hul laaste oefening voor die Saterdag se eindronde in die Van Druten-liga in Vryburg geneem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die span van Kathu\u00ad het die Laerskool Seodin van Kuruman uiteindelik met 38 \u2013 15 geklop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hy het skoppe geoefen en ek het dit vir die lekkerte afgeneem om vir hom te wys waar hy kan verbeter. Ons het gekyk hoe ver hy kan skop en hy het daar sy eindpunt bereik.<\/div>\n

Spangenberg het die aand met die toestemming van Tiaan se ma, Rachel, die video op onder meer die Facebook-groep Skolerugby SA geplaas, waar Cilliers dit raakgesien het.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cilliers, voormalige Springbok-speler en huidige skopafrigter van Frankryk se nasionale rugbyspan, het Spangenberg die Vrydag via Facebook gekontak om te hoor of hy ook die video op die sosiale media mag plaas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Di\u00e9 video is teen die Maandag reeds meer as 26 000 keer op Cilliers se Facebook-blad gekyk en 29 700 keer op sy Twitter-rekening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intussen het twee skole reeds sy ma met aanbiedings van beurse vir sy ho\u00ebrskoolloopbaan gekontak, en minstens nog een het navraag oor hom gedoen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tiaan is bly almal weet nou hoe hy kan skop. Hy s\u00ea hy skop al geruime tyd goed.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Hy weet nie hoe hy dit regkry nie, hy skop maar net. En die mannetjie stres nie wanneer hy pale toe moet korrel nie, \u201cwant ek weet ek kan dit doen as ek regtig wil\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hy wil eendag \u2019n Springbok-rugbyspeler of \u2019n Protea-krieketspeler word. Tiaan is baie bly oor die skole wat hom reeds met beurse genader het.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spangenberg s\u00ea hy het self op skool geskop en sou selfs as matriekseun op so \u2019n skop trots gewees het.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDie outjie het net talente wat ek nie kan verduidelik nie \u2013 hy is \u2019n algehele sportman. Wat wonderlik is, hy is maar net daarmee gebore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEk is baie bly vir hom, ek meen dit kan dalk vir hom deure in sy loopbaan oopmaak.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spangenberg s\u00ea Tiaan oefen baie hard en hy glo \u2019n blink toekoms l\u00ea vir di\u00e9 seun voor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travel and Sport het Tiaan as deel van die o.13-Kosh-rugbyspan op \u2019n toer na Ierland in Desember genooi. Hy was reeds by die span ingesluit voordat die video gemaak is. Sy ma s\u00ea hulle samel nog geld in om die toer moontlik te maak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sy s\u00ea haar seun blink ook uit in veldnommers soos diskusgooi en gewigstoot, asook op die krieketveld, en hy oefen regtig hard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEk is verskriklik trots op hom. Hy is \u2019n spesiale kind, hy het \u2019n verskriklike mooi geaardheid. Ek is baie lief vir hom en gun hom hierdie geleenthede.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Voor die skopvideo het \u2019n ander skool hom vanwe\u00eb sy krieketprestasies met \u2019n beurs genader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hy was verlede jaar sy skool se bouler van die jaar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tiaan speel ook in die Kathu-krieketklub se junior span. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sy broer, Ruben (15), wat tuisonderrig ontvang, speel krieket vir die Ho\u00ebrskool Kathu se klubspan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
