This weekend, from Friday (29\/07) to Sunday (31\/07), the Kimberley Equestrian Centre (KEC) is hosting the South African National Equestrian Schools League (Sanesa) Provincial Finals for the Free State and Northern Cape.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Riders who qualify at this show will go on to represent their schools and their province at the Sanesa National Competition in Johannesburg in October.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Learners from across the Free State and Northern Cape will compete in a variety of disciplines, such as show jumping, dressage, showing, prix caprilli and equitation. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will also be graded show jumping classes running in conjunction with the Sanesa classes on Saturday. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 115 horses taking part, this is by far the biggest horse show to be held in Kimberley since 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Classes run on Friday from 15:00 to 17:00, on Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, and on Sunday from 08:00 to 13:30. Many talented local riders will be taking part in the show.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

KEC is located 4 km along the Samaria Road, just outside Kimberley. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entrance is free and spectators of all ages are welcome. <\/span>Refreshments and light meals will be on sale all weekend.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
