Focaccia is \u2019n plat oondgebakte brood, ryk in olyfolie en met \u2019n Italiaanse oorsprong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dit herinner aan \u2019n pizza, maar die deeg word toegelaat om te rys nadat dit in die pan platgemaak is. Pizza-deeg word onmiddellik gebak nadat dit platgemaak is. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Focaccia word ook gekenmerk aan die holtes wat met die vinger aan die bokant van die deeg gemaak word. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die kors en onderkant van die gebakte focaccia is bros en krakerig, terwyl die sagte binnekant baie luggate bevat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steek jou gietyster-pan in die werk vir hierdie focaccia. Die resep is \u2019n basis vir enige geurkombinasie en die oornag-metode is maklik. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Genoeg vir 4 tot 6 mense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

500\u2009g witbroodmeel<\/p>\n\n\n\n

400\u2009ml warm water<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10\u2009ml sout<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\u2009ml kitsgis<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Olyfolie vir drup<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seesout en vars gemaalde swart peper<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bolaag-opsie 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

200\u2009g ontpitte swart olywe<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Maak dan s\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Berei die deeg die aand voor jy die focaccia wil bak. Voeg die meel, water, sout en gis saam in \u2019n groot mengbak en meng goed totdat daar geen dro\u00eb meel is nie. Bedek en laat oornag op die kombuistoonbank staan om te rys. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Skep die volgende dag die deeg in \u2019n geoliede gietysterpan. Gebruik jou vingers om die deeg liggies in die pan te smeer. Strooi jou bolaag-opsie oor, bedek met \u2019n vadoek en laat staan vir 1 uur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Voorverhit die oond tot 220\u2009\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Bedruip die deeg mildelik met olyfolie en gebruik dan die punte van jou vingers om kuiltjies in die deeg te druk. Plaas die pan in die oond en bak vir 25\u2009tot\u200930 minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Verwyder die pan uit die oond, bedruip die focaccia met nog olyfolie en geur met sout en peper. Laat effens afkoel voor dit in skywe gesny en bedien word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
