Isak Fritz, LPW en DA-woordvoerder van gesondheid, in \u2019n verklaring ges\u00ea dat brandstofkaarte wat by vulstasies afgekeur word, ambulans- en pasi\u00ebntvervoerdienste in dele van die provinsie tot stilstand gebring het.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens die verklaring het die situasie talle pasi\u00ebnte oor \u2019n wye streek be\u00efnvloed. So het een van die voertuie wat pasi\u00ebnte vanaf Namakwaland na Kimberley moes vervoer, by Pofadder omgedraai nadat die brandstofkaart afgekeur is. Siek en bejaarde pasi\u00ebnte is toe glo voor die Springbok-hospitaal afgelaai om op hul eie terug te keer huis toe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weens die situasie moes \u2018n aantal pasi\u00ebnte boonop hul langverwagte afsprake by spesialiste of behandelingsessies vir ernstige siektes misloop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDit is nie die eerste keer dat afgekeurde petrolkaarte mediese nooddienste in die provinsie op sy knie\u00eb bring nie,\u201d s\u00ea Fritz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Intussen word die Marcand-kliniek, in die omgewing van Kakamas, deur voortdurende diefstal en
