Hoewel hy die geel spaarwiel aan die Mazda CX 5 gesien het toe hy saam daaraan gewas het, het hy nie gedink dit is vreemd nie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dit was kort voordat sy halfbroer hom glo gevra het of hy al iemand doodgemaak het.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00f3 het staatsgetuie Realeboga Manyedi (21) Dinsdag (13\/09) in die hooggeregshof in Kimberley getuig. Al die aanklagte teen hom is vroe\u00ebr teruggetrek. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manyedi het in die Hartswater-moordsaak getuig waarin vier beskuldigdes aangekla word van die moorde op Dan Brand (83), sy vrou, Breggie (76), en hul dogter, Elzabie (54).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die staat voer aan die aangeklaagdes het die Brands op 26 Julie 2020 van hul perseel in Magogong in Hartswater ontvoer en vermoor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verskeie van hul besittings en twee motors, \u2019n rooi Nissan Micra en \u2019n silwer Mazda CX 5, is ook gesteel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die beskuldigdes is Donald Seoleseng (21), Tshepo Visagie (36), Kgomotso Mpulwana (43) en Tsepaone Melato (20). Hulle word van regsverydeling aangekla omdat hulle die lyke in Taung versteek het om die moord te verdoesel. Seoleseng word ook van ontsnapping aangekla. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manyedi het Maandag oor di\u00e9 voorval getuig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Heidi Taljaard en Trudie de Beer, die oorledenes se dogters en susters, het deurentyd aantekeninge van die getuienis gemaak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volgens Manyedi was hy op die dag van die voorval tuis in die Motakeneng-nedersetting toe Visagie, sy halfbroer, hom omstreeks 15:00 bel en vra hy moet \u2019n emmer kry en hom langs die pad ontmoet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visagie en twee ander mans (Seoloseng en Melato) het in \u2019n silwer Mazda CX 5-voertuig opgedaag. Seoloseng het bestuur. Hulle is na die Direetsaneng-nedersetting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daar het hulle by \u2019n kraan stilgehou en \u2019n selfoon, skoolsak en skootrekenaar uit die kar gehaal en die bagasiebak wat vol bloed was, gewas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volgens Visagie was die bloed di\u00e9 van \u2019n donkie waarteen hulle gebots het.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Later wou Visagie Manyedi iets gaan wys. Hulle het in die Mazda na \u2019n stuk veld gery waar Visagie Manyedi glo twee keer gevra het of hy al iemand doodgemaak het. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hulle het stilgehou waar twee mense in die bosse gel\u00ea het. Die man (Dan) was dood, maar die vrou (Elzabie) het asemgehaal. Visagie het hulle beveel om Elzabie in die bagasiebak te laai, en hulle het haar liggaam elders in die veld langs \u2019n boom agtergelaat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vandaar is hulle na die buurt Vaaltyn waar Visagie die selfoon en skootrekenaar glo vir R400 verkoop het. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hulle het brandstof ingegooi en na die Mokasa-nedersetting gery, waar die rooi Nissan op \u2019n grondpad gestaan het. Manyedi het getuig die rooi Nissan se wiele was pap, maar hy en Visagie het dit by die Majaneng-gruisgroef gaan parkeer, terwyl Seoloseng hulle in die Mazda gevolg het. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hulle het \u2019n lyk (Breggie) agter die voorste sitplekke van die Nissan uitgehaal en in die Mazda se bagasiebak gelaai. Sy was in \u2019n  kombers toegedraai. Hulle het haar oorskot by Lekamone in \u2019n grot gelos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die volgende dag is hulle vier na \u2019n huis waar hulle vir Mpulwana ontmoet het. Gedurende die dag is die Mazda weer binne en buite gewas. Op \u2019n tydstip het Visagie en Mpulwana gery om iets te gaan doen. Later het hulle na \u2019n sangoma gery waar Visagie, Seoloseng en Mpulwana hulself wou reinig, maar Manyedi en Melato het buite gebly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Op pad terug het die polisie hulle voorgekeer en ges\u00ea hulle soek na \u2019n silwer Mazda met Gauteng-registrasieplate, maar hulle s\u2019n het Noord-Kaap-registrasieplate gehad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volgens Manyedi het Visagie kort daarna uit die bewegende kar gespring. Sowat 30\u2009km voor Taung het die polisie die kar met die vier oorblywende mense weer afgetrek. Hulle het hul selfone aan die polisie oorhandig. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manyedi het vir die polisie ges\u00ea hy sal die lyke uitwys. Volgens hom is hy nie aangerand nie, maar Seoloseng en Melato is glo deur polisiehonde gebyt. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Hy het Breggie se lyk eerste uitgewys en die ander twee oorledenes se oorskot die volgende dag toe dit lig was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vroe\u00ebr het konst. Harold Bok getuig hy het \u2019n gebarste Mazda-wiel naby die verlate Nissan gevind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sers. Altus Coetzee, wat agter die verdagtes aangery het voor hul inhegtenisneming, het getuig die Mazda kon nie vinnig ry nie weens die geel spaarwiel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die verhoor duur voort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
