A fifth suspect was arrested in Kimberley last week in connection with an estimated R3 million worth of allegedly stolen copper cables. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The suspects, of which one is a scrap metal dealer, appeared in the Kimberley Magistrate\u2019s Court on Friday (27\/01), on charges of tampering, destroying and damaging essential infrastructure, possession of suspected stolen copper, and theft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lt. Col Sergio Kock, police spokesperson, said Tumelo Manchona (34), Ishmael Kamanji (29), Nkosinathi Mgabhi (31), Walter Sedibe (42) and Nosipho Dlongolo (29) will remain in custody. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
