Dit is op 8 Julie \u2019n tweede maal aangebied. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDit is \u2019n roete tussen Askham en Vanzylsrus, en kronkel al langs die Kurumanrivier tussen kameeldoringbome deur,\u201d s\u00ea Liz-Mari Marais, wat saam Nandi van Wyk die uitdaging as deel van die Askham-boeresportfees gere\u00ebl het. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marais was ook \u2019n deelnemer aan die 10 km-wedren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div contenteditable=\"false\" data-embed24=\"Images\" data-pos=\"middle\" id=\"embed_9ded5675\">\n<div class=\"slide\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" Crusaders, wat met administrasie en tydhoure\u00eblings betrokke was, s\u00ea dit is \u2019n eenrigtingroete en deelnemers word in voertuie gelaai en op \u2019n spesifieke afstand vanaf Askham afgelaai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDit is \u2019n heerlike roete tussen die duine,\u201d s\u00ea hy en spreek sy oortuiging uit dat die uitdaging al hoe meer gewild sal raak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In die mansafdeling van die halfmarathon was Herald Padmaker (1:50:39) eerste oor die eindstreep; met Hendrik Jors (1:55:58) tweede, en Christiaan Beyers (1:59:24) derde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In die vroueafdeling was Mardr\u00e9 van der Kolf (1:51:29) eerste; met Karla du Plessis (1:51:30) kort op haar hakke; en Emmerentia Niemann (2:00:07) derde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In die 10 km-kategorie het Gerhardus Afrikaner (47:10) die mansafdeling gewen; Antonie van Heerden (47:48) was tweede; en Jaco Marais (47:59) derde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marais (46:25) het die vroueafdeling gewen; Teresa de Villiers (1:37:27) was tweede; en Maryke de Villiers (1:37:27) derde. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marais, wat \u2019n goeie tyd behaal het, s\u00ea haar sukses l\u00ea daarin dat sy \u201cmoes hol om klaar te maak\u201d om met die res
