Gen. Henri\u00ebtte de Waal, deputy provincial commissioner for Corporate Services, commended Det. Sgt Neo Mduane of the provincial anti-corruption unit for the team\u2019s meticulous investigation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe hope this conviction will serve as a deterrent to others who attempt to
