In the past week, several drug dealers or drug transporters in the Northern Cape were arrested and charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On Monday (24\/07) police searched a taxi enroute on the N12 from North West to Springbok, and found dagga with an estimated street value of R76 500 concealed in black bags. A 55-year-old male was arrested and charged, said Lt. Col. Sergio Kock, police spokesperson. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In Port Nolloth, a snifferdog of the K9 unit, directed police to dagga valued at R813 000, hidden in a car in the Sizamile location. The dagga was seized and the suspect arrested. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
