\u201cVan die rollaers wat die wiel laat draai, het ingegee. Dit het veroorsaak dat die wiel in die kanaal ingesak het, nie meer kon draai nie, en ook die watervloei blokkeer het,\u201d s\u00ea hy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
