During the current heatwave, why not try this easy-to-make jelly spritz to cool down?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It only takes ten minutes to prepare, while you must wait approximately four hours for the jelly to set and freeze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bd box (20 g) raspberry flavoured jelly<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14 pieces of fruit of choice, plus extra to garnish<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 cans (200 ml each) Schweppes Lemonade Flavoured Drink<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fresh herbs of choice (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. In a medium-sized jug, dissolve the raspberry flavoured jelly powder into one cup of boiling water and set aside to cool slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. In a 14-hole ice-cube tray, add the fruit of choice to each ice-cube hole along with any fresh herbs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Fill the ice-cube holes with the jelly mixture and freeze for four hours or until fully set. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Add three to four jelly ice cubes to a glass and top it with Schweppes Lemonade Flavoured Drink. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garnish with extra fruit and herbs and enjoy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
