\u201cAan die begin van 2023, toe watertekorte ook verwoesting gesaai het, het die munisipaliteit ges\u00ea dat hy van beurtkrag vrygestel gaan word en dat \u2019n aansoek by Eskom ingedien is. Tot op hede het dit nie realiseer nie.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIntussen is kontrakte aangegaan vir die verspreiding van water via tenkwaens. Die waterkrisis hier is een van baie in die Noord-Kaap, met soortgelyke situasies in talle munisipaliteite,\u201d s\u00ea Liebenberg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sy s\u00ea dit is hoogtyd dat inwoners van Kakamas en die Noord-Kaap gered word van die waterkrisisse wat deur munisipaliteite geskep word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
