Dit is einde niet vir die verhoor van die sewe beskuldigdes wat van die moord op die sakeman Piet Els (86) en die aanranding van sy vriendin, Rikkie Alsemgeest (toe 68), op 24 Januarie 2018 op sy plaas buite Kimberley aangekla word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die staat sou op Maandag 15 April met sy beto\u00eb begin het, maar die saak is uitgestel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Charn\u00e9 Kemp<\/strong> <\/span>berig \u2019n nuwe datum vir die lewering van slotbeto\u00eb sal op 29 April bevestig word omdat \u2019n beskuldigde se prokureur \u2019n operasie ondergaan en sy hersteltydperk onbekend is. Die verhoor het voorheen reeds verskeie vertragings ondervind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In \u2018n ander onverwante moordsaak is die saak teen Daniel Alberts (38) wat van die moord op twee lede van die blitspatrollie op 22 Augustus in Kimberley aangekla word, tot 6 Mei uitgestel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die hof het op 3 April gehoor dat Alberts \u2019n plek in \u2019n psigiatriese instelling in Kimberley gekry het vir 30 dae sielkundige waarneming. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
