Excitement filled the air as the rugby team of the Floors High School in Kimberley made their triumphant return to the field after many years of absence. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The once proud rugby tradition at Floors High had faded away, but now a new generation of eager players were ready to reignite the flame of the sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their first match on Thursday, 18 April, was against the formidable Homevale High School, a rivalry that dates back decades. The students and townspeople gathered at the field of the Kimberley Rugby Club. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the whistle was blown to start the game, the players from both teams charged onto the field with determination. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Floors High\u2019s U19 team, led by their captain Jordan van Wyk, played with passion and unity. The crowd cheered them on as they fought hard against their opponents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The game was intense and fiercely contested. The players from Floors High tackled with ferocity, ran with speed, and passed with precision. The spirit of rugby was alive and well on that field, as the crowd roared with every try and tackle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the end, the Floors High players emerged victorious with a score of 17 \u2013 10. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tears of joy streamed down the faces of the old-timers who remembered the glory days of Floors High rugby, now passing the torch to a new generation of champions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The win against Homevale High was more than just a victory on the scoreboard; it was a symbol of resilience, teamwork, and the indomitable spirit of Floors High. The rugby team had brought honour and pride back to their school, proving that with hard work and dedication, anything was possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the sun set on the horizon, the proud players of Floors High gathered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rugby was back at Floors High, and it was here to stay. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
