Dit sluit die ontwikkeling van 21 herlaaistasies vir passasiers- en ligte handelsvoertuie in, asook 15 vir vragmotors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na verwagting behoort die EV-herlaaistasies vir passasiers- en ligte handelsvoertuie teen September 2025 voltooi en in werking te wees. Die oprigting van herlaaistasies vir vragmotors is in die permitproses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hierdie 36 herlaaistasies in die Noord-Kaap, deur Zero Carbon Charge (ZeroCC) en Zero Carbon Logistics, is \u2019n projek van R15,4 miljard wat gegrond is op sonkrag en is onafhanklik van die Eskom-kragnetwerk. Dit word as snelherlaaistasies beskryf waar EV\u2019s se batterye glo binne 20 minute herlaai kan word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit vorm deel van Suid-Afrika se eerste netwerk van 120 herlaaistasies wat ongeveer elke 150 km strategies langs provinsiale en nasionale hoofroetes gele\u00eb moet wees. In Mei is die ontwikkeling van 15 EV-herlaaistasies langs hoofroetes in die Vrystaat bekendgestel, en bouwerk aan die eerste herlaaistasie van di\u00e9 aard het in November langs die N12 by Wolmaransstad begin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Joubert Roux, medestigter van ZeroCC, s\u00ea elk van die herlaaistasies sal \u2019n ekonomiese hupstoot vir plaaslike gemeenskappe in die Noord-Kaap wees deurdat grondeienaars 5% van die inkomste verdien wat uit die herlaai van EV\u2019s voortspruit, terwyl 1% van die inkomste in plaaslike sosio-ekonomiese ontwikkelingsprojekte bel\u00ea sal word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By elke herlaaistasie sal onder meer \u2019n padstal en toiletgeriewe wees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ev-s-sal-toeneem\"><strong>EV\u2019s sal toeneem<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Volgens \u2019n verklaring van ZeroCC dui voorspellings in die motor- en energiebedryf daarop dat teen 2027 ongeveer 120 000 EV\u2019s op Suid-Afrika se paaie sal wees, en teen 2030 nagenoeg 360 000. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ZeroCC s\u00ea die verhoogde vraag na EV\u2019s oor die w\u00eareld heen, asook motorvervaardigers se neiging na EV\u2019s, kan nie ignoreer word nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Andries Malherbe, medestigter van ZeroCC, s\u00ea indien die regering EV\u2019s meer bekostigbaar maak deur invoerbelasting te verminder, kan die groei selfs meer wees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDaarom bel\u00ea ons nou in die oprigting van skoon superlaaistelsels wat enige EV teen sy maksimum laaitempo kan laai,\u201d s\u00ea hy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ZeroCC s\u00ea die beplande oprigting van EV-herlaaistasies in die provinsie is ook moontlik gemaak deur die ondersteuning van die Noord-Kaapse provinsiale regering en die Noord-Kaapse ekonomiese ontwikkelingsagentskap (NCEDA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die 36 EV-herlaaistasies vir die Noord-Kaapse munisipaliteitsgebiede is in Kai !Garib, Phokwane, Hantam, Emthanjeni, Siyancuma, !Kheis, Ubuntu, Umsobomvu, Kh\u00e2i-Ma,
