Die o.19A-rugbyspan van die Ho\u00ebrskool Diamantveld het vanjaar se Wesgrow Sentrale Skole Sportreeks onoorwonne afgesluit en die beker op \u2019n puik seisoen gelig. Di\u00e9 Noord-Kaapse skool het die algehele vierde plek behaal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tydens \u2019n glansryke prysuitdelingsgeleentheid op 20 Augustus in Bloemfontein is Diamantveld as die wenner in die rugbyafdeling aangewys, met die volgende wenners in die ander afdelings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jim Fouch\u00e9 het die res van die skole pak gegee in die o.19A-netbalafdeling, en ook in die o.19A-hokkieafdeling.<\/p>\n

Bethlehem Voortrekker het die o.19A-meisiesafdeling gewen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Om die finale en algehele wenner van die reeks te bepaal is die prestasie van alle spanne vanaf o.14 tot en met o.19 in berekening gebring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Danksy topgehalte skolesport trek die reeks aandag vanuit vele oorde, en het dit in 2024 weer vir vele hoogtepunte gesorg. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die reeks betrek skole oor die Vrystaat en Noord-Kaap heen, en het in 2023 begin met \u2019n laerskoolafdeling begin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vanjaar se reeks het in Februarie begin, met Sentraal24 en die Universiteit van die Vrystaat wat as vennote tot die reeks verwelkom is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die betrokkenheid van instellings soos hierdie maak dit moontlik vir skole om aan leerlinge geleenthede tot verdere ontwikkeling te bied. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Massadeelname en gesonde mededinging bly die grondslag van di\u00e9 reeks, en as vereiste vir deelname word daar \u2019n minimum getal gekoppel aan die hoeveelheid spanne in elke sportkode. Dit verseker dat elke speler sy skool mag en kan verteenwoordig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Ho\u00ebrskool Diamantveld het die rugby-afdeling van die Wesgrow Sentrale Skole Sportreeks gewen. By die prysuitdeling is van links Jeannine van Zyl (Sentraal24, borg), Albie Louw, Jacques Swanepoel, Philip Molnar van Diamantveld en Rynhardt Smidt (Universiteit van die Vrystaat, borg.<\/div>\n
<\/span>Lientjie Mentz<\/span> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Dit was \u2019n \u2019n belewenis om die deelname tussen skole te beleef en die kameraderie van spansport te aanskou. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die reeks behou ook sy verbintenis met SuperSport wat danksy hul Super Sport Schools-plafvorm wedstryde aanlyn uitgesaai het. Dit maak dit moontlik dat die reeks wat oor provinsies strek verdere blootstelling aan alle belanghebbendes gee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
