Die lewe is ‘n gejaag. As ons sien, is dit Maandag. En dan weer Maandag. Ons wou nog hierdie. Ons wou nog daardie. Die tyd spoed verby.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In die meeste gevalle is ons nie eens bewus van die redes waarom ons dinge doen nie. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ons is diere van gewoonte. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dit wat ons doen, doen ons dalk juis om hierdie rede \u2212 omdat dit ‘n gewoonte is. Goed of sleg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wanneer ‘n mens ‘n oomblik tot stilstand kom en wonder waarom ons iets eet of drink, kan daar verskeie antwoorde wees. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ons eet en drink omdat ons honger of dors is. Gefrustreerd is. Eensaam is. Kwaad is. Gesellig is. Ontevrede is. Verveeld is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ons maak ‘n positiewe bydrae uit die goedheid van ons hart. Om raakgesien te word. Uit skuldgevoelens. Omdat dit die regte ding is om te doen. Omdat iemand anders ‘n positiewe bydrae tot ons lewe gemaak het.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ons kom mense te na uit weerwraak. Uit onkunde. Om in beheer te probeer wees. Omdat ons self te na gekom is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ons help mense uit liefde. Omdat ons iets in ruil verwag. Om onsself vorentoe te verryk. Om vrede in ons hart te h\u00ea. Uit vrees dat ons self hulp nodig gaan kry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daar kan waarheid in al die bogenoemde steek. Of in geen van die bogenoemde nie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diegene wat meer van hierdie onderwerp weet, beveel aan dat ons iewers neerskryf wat ons eet of drink of doen of dink. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volgens hulle gaan daar heelwat goed op die lys wees wat ons nie eens van bewus is nie.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die gemiddelde mens is egter so besig dat hy of sy nie eens tyd kry om te dink aan wat ‘n mens eet of drink of doen of dink nie, wat nog van tyd maak om dit selfs neer te skryf.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n
