Photo:SUPPLIED<\/div>\n<div class=\"img_accreditation\"><span class=\"source\" style=\"display:none;\"><\/span><span class=\"photographer\" style=\"display:none;\"><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-method\"><span>Method<\/span> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-salted-caramel\">Salted Caramel<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place water and sugar in a small saucepan on medium heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook until the colour changes to amber, about 5 mins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gently add the butter and stir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the cream and a teaspoon of salt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stir well until combined and allow to cool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-chocolate-souffle-0\">Chocolate souffl\u00e9<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Melt the chocolate over a bain-marie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once melted, add the butter and stir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whisk egg yolks into the chocolate mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the sifted dry ingredients to the mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fold the egg whites in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grease 6 ramekins with butter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Swirl castor sugar inside the ramekins. Tip out the excess.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill the ramekins to approximately \u00be full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pipe salted caramel into the centre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-to-assemble-and-serve\">To assemble and serve<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Decant the chocolate souffl\u00e9s onto plates and dust with cocoa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decorate with edible flowers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
