Preliminary<br>\ninvestigation conducted by the Hawks upon arrival established that Mgoqi was<br>\nallegedly assisted by her companion, Tiwani and paid about R1500 to have both<br>\nthe documents drafted,\u201d said Mgolodeli. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She confirmed that both suspects were arrested at the scene.<br>\nThe matter was remanded to February 13, next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6
