An internal investigation has been<br>\nlaunched, and the SAPS is also attending to the case. The Judicial Inspectorate<br>\nfor Correctional Services (JICS) has also been informed and is expected to run<br>\nits own independent investigation,\u201d Nxumalo said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is the outcome of the investigation which will share<br>\nmore light on the motive and circumstances that may have triggered this<br>\nincident,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DCS is monitoring the situation
