The department also wishes to make it categorically clear that the executive authority, MEC Tikana-Gxotiwe, does not sign any tender documents,\u201d said Binqose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that the department wishes to thank the contractors who have brought these fraudulent activities to its attention. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head of department, Mzi Mafani ,has warned that those behind this scam were
