The VW T Cross, with two occupants was coming from the East London direction, while the Toyota Avanza with six occupants was coming from the Butterworth side,\u201d Binqose explained.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that all occupants of the Avanza<br>\nperished on the scene, while both occupants from VW T Cross<br>\nsustained severe injuries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cCircumstances surrounding the cause of the accident are still unknown,\u201d Binqose said.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
