An unmarked police vehicle was also shot at but no injuries were sustained by the police officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cHowever, an innocent motorist, aged 28 years, was caught in the combat and fatally wounded,\u201d said police spokesperson, Colonel Priscilla Naidu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naidu said that one G4S crew member sustained a gunshot wound to his thigh and the suspects took his firearm and that of his partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The G4S vehicle was blown up and caught alight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is not yet clear if any money was taken during the incident. The matter is being investigated by the provincial organised crime investigation team,\u201d Naidu added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suspects fled the scene and no arrests have been made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6
