An off-duty police Constable and another person were shot dead on Saturday, June 17, in Sisson Street, Fort Gale, in Mthatha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is alleged that at approximately 23:30, the 35-year-old Constable from Mthatha Flying Squad and his cousin were at the police officer\u2019s house with their girlfriends.<\/p>\n

According to Police Spokesperson Colonel Priscilla Naidu, immediately after the 20-year-old cousin walked outside, a shot was heard.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen everyone ran out, they found the cousin lying against the wall with a gunshot wound to his head.<\/p>\n
