N2 road between Butterworth and Dutywa at Tanga location during the early hours of this morning, December 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Provincial traffic spokesperson, Unathi Binqose said that the incident occurred in the early hours of this morning at about 03:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA Toyota Corolla with four occupants from the Idutywa direction, collided with an Isuzu mini truck with two men from the Butterworth direction,\u201d said Binqose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTwo passengers, a man and woman, both adults from the Corolla \u2013 died on the scene, while two others including the driver, along with one occupant from the truck were all taken to Butterworth Provincial Hospital for treatment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div contenteditable=\"false\" data-embed24=\"Images\" data-pos=\"middle\" scene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is alleged that speeding and fatigue were the major contributing factors to this crash,\u201d said Binqose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said a case of culpable homicide has been
