The Mbizana Magistrate\u2019s court has released Sanele Zinkwantshu (24) on
\nR1000 bail after he was charged with six counts of culpable homicide. The court
\npostponed the case to July 15 for further investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spokesperson for National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), Luxolo Tyali said
\nthat this follows an accident that took place on the R61 road between Mbizana
\nand Mzamba on June 21, 2024, where six pedestrians were killed after they were
\nknocked down by a vehicle allegedly driven by the accused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThe deceased, Siyabuya Sabelo (31), Sandiso Nkasa (30), Kamvelihle
\nDindi (24), Mvisiswano Ngaleka (24), Sibonelo Potye (29) were allegedly walking
\nalong the road when a sedan heading from the Mbizana direction towards Mzamba
\nplunged onto them. He was arrested on June 23 June 2024, and made his first
