The Mthatha Magistrate’s Court has again postponed the court case of Siphesonke Galoshe (34) to November 1 and 2 for formal application.
Galoshe is charged with murder in relation to the shooting of King Sabata Dalindyebo (KSD) Local Municipality traffic warden, Daniel Mxoli, who was hot and killed while issuing a traffic offence ticket to a motorist in the Mthatha CBD, on October 10.
Galoshe made his first court appearance on October 17 and the matter was remanded to today, October 24, after he told the court that he was not feeling well and needed medical attention for an undisclosed medical condition.

It transpired in court today that the accused never received medical attention as the court had ordered during his last appearance.
The accused also brought a new legal representative, Thobani Noah from T Noah and Sons Incorporated Attorneys, who told court that he still needed time to study the charge sheet in relation to his client.
The accused remains in police custody until his next court appearance.
The late Mxoli was laid to rest in his ancestral home in Ngqeleni yesterday, October 23.
