Gospel singer and pastor, Abongile Nyondo, brings hope to people who are hopeless by writing a book titled, My Life My Journey, that will be published in the first week of November 2023.

Nyondo said that he is planning to host the book launch on his 40th birthday celebration that will be hosted at OR Tambo Hall in Mthatha on December 23, 2023.

“What will be more interesting on this day is that we will also honour five music legends from the Eastern Cape, who played a major role in uplifting our music industry, more especially those who are coming from the former Transkei,” said Nyondo.

He said that one of those legends who will be honoured is the Eastern Cape Gospel Legend, Lusanda Mcinga.

Talking about his work, Nyondo said that he had written this book because he wanted to encourage people who are facing challenges to know that tomorrow will not be the same.

Nyondo said that it is about his life, including the challenges he faced when he was growing up. He added that he knows that there are lot of people who are having the same problems, including children who are growing up in difficult situations.

“If God managed to give me light in my life, I am sure that he will do the same to my supporters. They must know that when you have some challenges it does not mean it’s the end of the road; don’t give up.”
