Dr Bonginkosi Mditshane, a senior priest from the Anglican Diocese in Mthatha has published a book, titled Intent and the Power of Resurrection.
According to the author, the book is aimed at addressing life’s challenges as well as mending broken hearts.
“I started writing the book in 2014 but stopped. I resumed again in 2020. The informative book is directed at christian families, churches and religious departments,” said Mditshane.
Mditshane is a Practical Theology lecturer at the Fort Hare University and deals with counselling and trauma psychology.
“My intention is to reach and address the audience with social ills. It is a therapeutic book designed to answer and give clarity in matters needing attention of a Pastoral Care Practitioner.”
Sharing his inspiration to write the book, Mditshane said, “I am trying to expose that there is life beyond any predicament.”
“The power of resurrection is the only solution and people must not remain in graves of their problems. The Intent and the Power of Resurrection emanates from that.”
