That has become a reality thanks to the call centre and Link app,\u201d said Executive Mayor Horatio Hendricks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMany of the initial teething problems have been resolved and we look forward to building the centre from strength to strength.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Service reports and faults can be logged at the call centre seven days a week, from 7.30am to 7pm, by dialling the municipal switchboard number at 042 200 2200 and choosing option 5 of the automated voice prompt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, they can be logged through the Link Powered by Vodacom app. The free app can be downloaded from the Google Play or App Store, scan the QR code or go to<span> https:\/\/download.linkapp.co.za\/#dl<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Link word een jaar oud<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KOUGA berei voor die eerste verjaarsdag van die munisipaliteit se inbelsentrum en die Link-toep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die inbelsentrum en toep is amptelik op 23 Oktober 2017 geloods en het binne die eerste jaar reeds \u2018n groot verskil gemaak aan hoe   diensversoeke en -foute deur die munisipaliteit hanteer word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cToe ons beheer van Kouga oorgeneem het, het ons inwoners belowe dat ons die wyse waarop die munisipa-liteit klagtes hanteer, sou verbeter.
